Why ROOT mindfulness?

Strong roots, strong tree. To strengthen our mindfulness we must start at the roots and build a strong base upon which we can grow.

Mindfulness allows us to clearly see and understand the ROOT causes of our problems

Mindfulness helps us return to our roots, to find the basic goodness and wisdom inherent in all of us

Mindfulness keeps us fully rooted in the present, so that we can can weather anything that comes our way with peace, strength and flexibility
